We’re looking for a Video Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team at Wonder Auto & Tire Lower Sackville— someone who can connect with our customers through short, engaging videos that explain recommended vehicle repairs and maintenance upgrades.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recording personalized videos to walk customers through their vehicle inspection results

• Breaking down technician-recommended repairs in a way that’s clear, honest, and easy to understand

• Create accurate parts and labor service estimates

• Recommending maintenance upgrades to help customers get the most out of their vehicles

• Acting as a trusted advisor- to build customer confidence and long-term loyalty

• Using our service software to communicate efficiently with both technicians and customers

• Support any and all activities that help elevate the experience we provide to our guests

Who are we looking for?

•  A strong, clear, and personable speaking voice

•  Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language

•  Comfortable using video tools and basic tech platforms

•  A passion for helping customers make informed decisions

•  Team player with great communication and attention to detail
